Carl Hengen is a tenor and music educator. He has experience as an operatic soloist, choral section leader, and church musician.

As an educator, he works with students at CCBC, Baltimore School for the Arts, and privately. He also performs on voice, and guitar in bands and has sound engineering experience.

He has a Graduate Performance Diploma in Opera from the Peabody Conservatory and a Master of Music in Voice Performance from Michigan State University.
